PEACE OF MIND
HASSLE FREE INSURANCE DAMAGE CLAIMS
If your home has suffered hail, wind, or storm damage, you can consider it as an insurance loss covered by your homeowner's policy. In most cases, insurance companies will cover the entire cost of roof replacement, minus your deductible, if it is damaged.
It's important to note that such claims are typically classified as natural disasters and will not result in future rate increases. At Cannon Roofing and Restoration, we specialize in repairing and replacing accident and weather-related damages, including exterior roofing, gutters, siding, windows, as well as interior painting, sheetrock, ceiling texture, flooring, and carpet cleaning. We are committed to assisting you throughout the insurance process and can even arrange a meeting with your insurance adjuster upon request.
The Way Things Should Be
Our involvement prevents you from getting stuck with a settlement that won’t cover your costs, or even worse, getting denied. With Cannon Roofing you pay no out-of-pocket expense other than your insurance deductible.
THE PROCESS
Cannon Roofing and Restoration, you can have peace of mind knowing that our dedicated professionals will handle every aspect of the insurance claim process. From initial assessment to meeting with insurance adjusters, we will be by your side, advocating for your best interests throughout the entire journey.
-
First, we ask that you provide us with a copy of your insurance adjusters summary report so we can review the scope of work and check all measurements to ensure all damage is fairly evaluated and reported accurately
-
Second, we match our contract to the work specified in the insurance adjuster’s summary report, including any supplements that may need to be added if the insurance adjuster missed something.
-
Third, we fax the signed contract to the insurance company for processing.
-
Fourth, if there is a mortgage on the home, the mortgage company’s name will most likely be on the check along with yours. Most likely there will be several forms to be filled out and notarized. We provide our local mailing address for you to overnight the check for endorsement and forward the documents needed to process.
